OVERVIEW

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to www.imichelle.us. REMEMBER ME STUDIOS, CITYWIDE CAPITAL, and PLANETSHAKERS operate under www.imichelle.us.
The term “site” or “sites” refers to www.imichelle.us and all other sites, accounts, and profiles connected with it.
The terms “user”, “you” and “your” refer to the site’s visitors, readers, customers, clients, and any other users.

www.imichelle.us provides services in wealth consultation, credit score management, business startup and management, web design, hosting, maintenance, graphic design, logo design, branding, consulting, printing, video production, and editing — collectively referred to as “services.”

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing the site or any of our services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

USE OF SITE & SERVICE

You must be 14 years or older to access the site. Children under 18 must have parental consent. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to use this site for lawful, non-commercial purposes only.

LINKED SITES

We are not responsible for any third-party links provided on our site. These links are for convenience only. You access them at your own risk and discretion.

LAWFUL PURPOSE

You agree not to use the site or its content in any unlawful or abusive way. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user violating these terms.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We reserve the right to deny or withdraw service at any time. This includes projects affected by disrespect, unresponsiveness, or timeline changes. Withdrawn projects may be billed at our hourly rate, and partial refunds will be issued only where applicable.

ABANDONMENT OF PROJECT

If we do not receive required information from you within 5 days, your order may lose priority. After 14 days of no response, the project is considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given. A new order must be placed to resume.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You should receive an email receipt confirming your purchase. If not, it is your responsibility to contact us. Subscription charges will recur unless canceled. Retainers may be refunded only before project work begins.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

See our Refund Policy for full details, including terms for digital products, printed goods, custom designs, subscriptions, brainstorming sessions, and pre-orders.

PROCESSING / SHIPPING TIMES

Printed items ship in 7–14 business days. This is only an estimate. Orders may take longer if edits or design changes are requested. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

PRINT QUALITY DISCLAIMER

We are not liable for minor shifts in print alignment (up to 1/8") or color variations due to screen differences, paper type, or production process. Once you approve a proof, all sales are final.

PREMADE DESIGNS

Premade templates are semi-customizable and may be resold. You do not retain exclusive copyright to premade designs. Source files are not for sale unless agreed upon separately.

REVISIONS

Each project includes 2 complimentary minor revisions. Additional or major revisions will incur additional charges. Revision requests expire once the project is marked complete.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & DISPLAY

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the site’s content is always current, complete, or error-free.

ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide up-to-date and accurate information at checkout. Failure to do so may result in an automatic refund and blocked access. Strict address and identity policies apply to prevent fraud.

CHARGEBACKS

Clients are responsible for chargebacks and all related fees. If a chargeback is filed, you forfeit rights to the product, and the design may be resold. You must respond to our dispute request within 5 days or risk permanent loss of access.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may offer third-party tools “as is” with no warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.

SUBMITTED MATERIALS

You must have rights to any images, music, text, or other materials submitted for use in your design. You will be held responsible for any infringement, and we reserve the right to refuse use of any submitted content.

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

We do not sell your information. However, you must provide an accurate, active email to receive order information. Incomplete or inaccurate contact details may cause order delays.

USE RESTRICTION

Site content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated. You may not alter, reproduce, or distribute any materials without permission.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER (NEW)

Some services may involve partial use of artificial intelligence tools for content or design enhancement. All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by a human before delivery. Final products are customized and licensed to you, but underlying AI elements may not be exclusive unless otherwise agreed upon.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION (NEW)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana.
