Once I have your information, I will create your design and upload it to your customer portal for approval.
You will then get a preview and can request two (2) free revisions for minor changes, like color adjustments or corrections.

PREMADE DIGITAL ITEMS: Download right after order confirmation via email.
CUSTOM DIGITAL FILE ORDERS: 3-4 business days.
WEBSITES: 7-14 business days based on complexity.
PRINT ORDERS: 7-14 business days. -
Expedited orders cost an extra $30 or more based on your requirements.

After placing an order, choose the form that matches your order from the MENU BAR, such as the Website Design Form for a Website Design order. Once you submit your information, we can create your online studio.

All order details must be submitted through the designated forms to keep our information organized and stored electronically in one place.

Please wait until you are ready to order. If you don't provide your information via email when we reach your order, it will be delayed by up to 14 days.

Please include all order information in your first form. Avoid sending multiple forms. After we provide a delivery timeline, no more information can be submitted for that order. You must wait to provide any additional details during your revision stage.
PRINTED ITEMS: If you don’t choose a matte or glossy front finish, I will use a matte finish by default. This choice cannot be changed once you approve your designs for print.

If you don't have a logo, we'll use a standard font and one solid color for your business name. There won't be any personal touches. If you want a logo, we can create one for you.

Most orders include 1 design concept. Extra designs cost more. Prices vary based on the product or request. Social Media Graphics, Instagram Stories, and Instagram Highlights are different; you will receive the number of designs you chose when buying.

Once you give permission to print, I’ll start the printing process within 36 business hours. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships (approx. 7-14 business days).

Once you give final approval for your design, I’ll send the final product by email.

Payments are submitted via the website or studio portal ONLY, and must be made BEFORE booking any service. Installment options include Sezzle, Klarna, Zip Pay, or Shop Pay at checkout. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

It depends on your order. Most designs include two free rounds of changes for small adjustments like colors and typos. Please review your previews and orders for any mistakes. Any corrections after the order is finalized will incur extra fees.

No. Revisions do not include changes to the overall design. If you want a new design, you will have to purchase a new design.

Additional revisions will incur a fee of $7.00 each. To avoid extra costs, please seek feedback from colleagues on your design.

No. Your complimentary round of revisions will expire after the order is closed. You cannot save it for a later date.

Shipping on all printed products is available. Price varies by order. Promotions and memberships may waive the fee.

USPS, UPS, AND FED-EX. All packages are shipped 1-3 Day Priority.

Yes. Please check your portal, ou will receive tracking confirmation once your order ships. It will include your tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking to update.

All print orders are shipped 5-7 business days *from the date you approve your design. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please let us know.

The 7-14 business day print/ship timeline does not start until you approve your design for print. If you are late approving your design, your print/ship times will be delayed day-for-day.
refunds

No refunds will be given if you cancel your order after the design process has started, including add-ons like vector files. All digital sales are final due to the nature of customized files and your permanent access. Please read the full Refund Policy for details.

If you decide to cancel a print order after the design process has started, but BEFORE the printing process has started – you will only be refunded up to 40% of your total order to cover the cost of all the setup and design work.
If printing process has already started – no refunds will be given, under no circumstances. There are no returns, reprints or full refunds given. Please double check your previews, designs and orders for typos, errors, etc. and be aware of this policy before ordering.
