Refund Policy

By placing an order on www.remembermestudios.com, www.citywidecapitalc.com, www.imichelle.us, or any affiliated brands, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Due to the customized, digital, and time-sensitive nature of our services, all clients are encouraged to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DIGITAL DESIGNS

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable files and instant access after purchase, refunds cannot be issued.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Business Cards

  • Flyers

  • Social Media Kits & Graphics

  • Instagram Stories

  • Box Designs

  • Hang Tags

  • Editable Canva Templates

PREMADE & CUSTOM LOGOS

Once customization has begun, no refunds will be issued. This includes any add-ons such as vector files.
All logo sales are final.

OBITUARIES & MEMORIAL PROGRAMS

Due to the time-sensitive and highly personalized nature of obituary and memorial program designs, no refunds will be issued once the design process has started.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, including names, dates, and photos. Once a proof is approved, no further edits or refunds will be allowed.

MEMORIAL VIDEOS & SLIDESHOWS

All tribute videos, slideshow productions, and digital video memorials are non-refundable once editing has begun.
Please ensure that all submitted content (photos, music, captions) is accurate and final. Refunds will not be issued for creative dissatisfaction after delivery unless a technical error occurs on our part.

PRINTED PRODUCTS

  • If you cancel a print order after the design process has started but before printing begins, you may receive a partial refund of up to 40% to cover design and setup costs.

  • If the printing process has already begun, no refunds will be given.

Please review all design previews carefully before final approval. There are no reprints, returns, or full refunds once the printing phase has started.

CUSTOM KEEPSAKES & EVENT DESIGNS

This includes items such as:

  • Grave Covers

  • Casket Wraps

  • Memorial Fans & T-Shirts

  • Posters, Banners, and Event Signage

  • Photo Props and Memorial Décor

Once your design is approved and production begins, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted photos and information are correct and high-resolution.

RUSH FEES

Rush service is available for select products at an additional fee. Rush fees are non-refundable, even if delays are caused by incomplete or late information from the client.

WEBSITE DESIGN SERVICES

All deposits and retainer fees for website design projects are non-refundable once work has begun, even if the project is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.

CREATIVE SESSIONS & 1:1 BOOKINGS

All creative session deposits and booked consultations are non-refundable. One-time rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for past or current billing periods.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordered items are 100% refundable up until the published start or delivery date. After this date, all sales are considered final.

EDITABLE TEMPLATES

Templates delivered via Canva, PDF, or ZIP files are considered instant-access items. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be offered once the files have been delivered or accessed.
